Our method
Teach what to do, not what to stop
Everything we publish is reward-based. We teach dogs the behaviour we want rather than punishing the behaviour we do not, because it has the strongest evidence behind it and because it produces a dog that offers behaviour willingly instead of one that shuts down.
You will not find choke chains, prong collars, alpha theory or intimidation anywhere in our material.
We are also honest about the limits. Some problems need a professional in the room, and the guides say so plainly rather than selling you another PDF.

What exactly do I receive?

What is the difference between the plan lengths?
None in content — every plan is the complete programme. The length is how long you keep access to your library, to updates and to the extended material published during your period.
How quickly does it arrive?
Your download link is emailed within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived after 15 minutes, check spam and promotions, then email us and we will re-send it by hand.
Will it work for my dog?
The methods suit puppies from 8 weeks and adult dogs of any age, breed or size. Consistency matters far more than breed. We cannot promise a specific result for an individual dog.
My dog has a serious behaviour problem.
The guides cover common problems such as pulling, jumping up, barking and poor recall. They are not a substitute for in-person help. If your dog shows aggression, severe anxiety or a sudden change in behaviour, please see a vet or a qualified behaviourist first.
Does it renew automatically?
No. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are only charged again if you place a new order.
Can I get a refund?
